The RN 2 will work under the supervision of the RN 3 Consultant Developmental Disabilities and will be responsible for: Identify and use statewide and provider specific reportable data to identify trends in quality nursing and health care and outcomes. Develop tracking systems using available data sources to prioritize the Bureau's areas/topics of support to voluntary providers. In collaboration with the Division of Quality Improvement (DQI), track and trend voluntary provider health-related critical and significant events (CSEs) to identify trends in substandard care/performance to inform the development of educational supports with the goal of preventing recurrence.
