Position Title: Caregiver – Weekend Shifts Date: September 29, 2025 Reports to: Owner EEO Code: Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays (Flexible shifts available) About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our team and support seniors over the weekend. In this role, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by assisting with daily living activities and providing companionship. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Support mobility and safe transfers Run errands or assist with grocery shopping as needed Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor Skills & Qualifications Independence, flexibility, and good judgment Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of physiology and general nutrition for meal planning Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Active listening and time management skills Ability to create a safe environment and promote health Client-service oriented with emotional control Education & Requirements Current CNA certification or similar credential (preferred) Must maintain current credentials: First Aid, TB test, and required in-services Background check and drug screening (including random testing) Physically able to perform caregiving duties Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Characteristics We Value Dependable and compassionate Personable and team-oriented Flexible, efficient, and proactive Comfortable working with elderly clients NOTE: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
