Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation of assessments, treatments, interventions, and patient responses. Provide care and monitoring of vascular access sites and report complications or changes promptly. Promote infection prevention and control practices throughout the dialysis treatment process. Participate in patient care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing education as required. Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold the rights, dignity, and safety of each patient. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications for RN Hemodialysis Nurse: Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Previous hemodialysis or renal nursing experience preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification required. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of hemodialysis procedures, vascular access management, medication administration, and infection prevention practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the RN Supervisor supports daily nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides leadership to nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes. Responsibilities for RN Supervisor: Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care. Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts. Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented. Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs. Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency. Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines. Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership. Qualifications for RN Supervisor: Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required. No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
