The schedule rotates every 4 weeks between day shift (7a-7p) and night shift (7p-7a) and includes an every third weekend requirement. Being a part of the Rhoads 3 team comes with opportunities to care for post-surgical patients including a unique group of intermediate care patients allowing staff to expand their knowledge and expertise in these post-surgical patient pathways.
