Evaluates the quality of care provided and recommends changes for improvement. As needed, floats between departments and providers as assigned based on daily clinic needs. Provide support and coverage of front desk, back office, patient scheduling, and research staff when needed. Assist with general clinic and reception area duties, including workflow support, administrative duties, and projects as needed. Assists with key initiatives/process improvements in the department.
