A Brief Overview This full-time premium rate position is a 36 weekly hour shift opportunity with benefits! Rotating shifts with every 3rd weekend and holiday requirement (see above). This requires minimum of 2 years inpatient pediatric ICU experience. The SWAT nurse is a highly skilled, highly trained experienced nurse who provides support to various Nursing Units, including but not limited to ICU, Medical, Surgical, and at least 1 specialty area as defined in Supplemental Staffing Nursing Policy. The SWAT nurse is able to function independently to provide safe, quality and clinically competent care. The SWAT nurse is able to plan, implement, evaluate and document care that is in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Minimum Total Hours: Status 0.5 to 1.0 FTE Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend Department: Flex Team Holiday Requirement (Winter/Summer): 24 hrs of Winter and 12 hrs of Summer holidays Shifts Available : Rotating What you will do 1. Provides care that meets professional standards of practice and meets regulatory requirements. 2.
