Recognizes changes in patient's physical and mental condition and takes appropriate actions. Responds appropriately to emergency situations. Provides nursing interventions to appropriate to patient's physical condition and emotional status. II. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Current licensure in the State of Massachusetts either LPN or RN. Preferred: 1. BLS Certification Experience/Skills: Required: 1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an LPN or RN. 2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead and train a group of employees. 3. Knowledge of nursing procedures and practices. 4.
