Informs and sets up patients and/or guardian for My Chart at the time of service and informs and educates patients regarding the benefits of signing up for My Chart. Provides patient teaching and supportive services as needed. Provides treatments as ordered. Schedules diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, obtain’ s precertification and authorization as required by payers and ordered by provider. Trains LPN and MA in the clinic role. Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure, is a team player, and meets attendance/punctuality requirements. Education Graduate of an accredited LPN program and approved IV therapy course. Work Experience Nursing or other health care experience preferred but not required. Certification/License Current LPN license in the state of Missouri required. American Heart Association Basic Life Support required.
