Respond to and manage acute care needs of hospitalized orthopedic patients. Patient Satisfaction. Coordinates and communicates all aspects of patient care to patient, family, and health care team. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Certified Nursing Assistant works directly under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and performs duties in a relation to the personal needs of the resident, care of supplies and equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness, comfort and safety of the resident in his/her environment.
