Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing nursing operations during assigned shifts at Constant Care Agency’s partner nursing facilities in the Bronx. The RN Supervisor ensures that residents receive safe, high-quality care consistent with the standards of practice, regulatory requirements, and the mission of Constant Care Agency. POSITION SUMMARY: The RN Infection Preventionist supports the translation of the nursing philosophy of the facility into nursing practice by participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing care delivery system. A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in Dialysis Center with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred.
