The Clinical Manager prepares staff schedules, requests, and allocates resources and ensures that patient care is aligned with the goals, mission, and vision of Tufts Medicine. Develops and implements processes to enhance operations and practices for ongoing quality improvement. 15. Develops, implements, and monitors written policies and procedures. 16. Leads and/or participates in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary teams, committees, councils and special projects. 17.
