This leadership role involves clinical supervision, direct patient care, coordination with other departments, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The RN Supervisor supports and enforces policies, trains and mentors staff, and serves as a clinical resource within the facility. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Supervision: Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff to ensure resident care meets standards and follows care plans. Act as the nurse-in-charge during assigned shifts, resolving clinical and staffing issues as needed. Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
