As a member of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team, this position participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations. JOB SUMMARY Home Matters Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who are passionate about helping seniors maintain independence and comfort in their own homes. As a Home Matters caregiver, you’ll provide essential daily living support, companionship, and personalized care to our clients. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, hygiene assistance, and mobility support.
