Assists in assigned patient and family education and rehabilitation by reviewing patient needs with the overseeing role and following the teaching plan. 9. Documents nursing interventions and responses to care, communicating to appropriate members of the health care team. 10. Accurately and safely administers intramuscular, subcutaneous, IV, oral, nebulization and/or MDI delivered medications as assigned. 11.
