Job Title: Full-Time LPN (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) Location: Nursing Home / Long-Term Care Facility We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM full-time shift . The LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents while ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document residents’ health status. Assist with care planning and resident assessments. Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise CNAs and ensure proper resident care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly. Requirements: Active LPN license in the state. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred . Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
