Assist with maintaining accurate medical records and document patient information in accordance with established procedures, including completion of referral forms, lab slips, and other pertinent documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. Perform basic medical procedures such as blood draws and collecting laboratory specimens, and conducting basic diagnostic tests. Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, well-stocked, and properly equipped to provide a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control policies and procedures. Prepare patient’s appointment encounter Provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Provide exceptional care to patients of all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, ages, abilities, and socioeconomic statuses, ensuring a compassionate and inclusive healthcare environment.
