Edgecliff Residential Treatment House #206 is a five-bed residential program providing a stable, recovery-focused home environment for adults who need 24-hour supervision or support as they work toward more independent living. 12th Street House #207 is a five-bed residential program supporting adults who benefit from 24-hour supervision and psychiatric recovery assistance while preparing for greater independence. Deschutes Recovery Center #208 is a 16-bed residential treatment program providing a safe, structured environment for adults with serious mental illness, including individuals transitioning from the Oregon State Hospital or other secure settings into community-based care. What You’ll Do As the Nurse Supervisor, you will provide nursing leadership, clinical oversight, consultation, and support across Telecare’s Bend residential programs. Provide patient education tailored to identified problems and goals. Oversee and coordinate the interdisciplinary plan of care, ensuring consistency with the medical treatment plan. Implement specific interventions and orders as per the care plan. Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary revisions to the care plan. Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate records. Support performance improvement initiatives and provide leadership to the patient care team. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance nursing practice. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the State of New Jersey. American Heart Association BLS certification required upon hire. Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred, with training provided for new hires. 2 years of medical/surgical and/or emergency room experience preferred. ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire. Minimum of 8 contact hours of education annually in basic trauma, stroke assessment, and intervention. ATCN or TNCC certification required within 24 months of hire. PALS or ENPC certification attained within 12 months of hire. CPI certification required for existing team members by 10/31/25, and new team members have 1 year from the hire date.
