Department: MDS Reports To: Administrator Position Summary The Regional MDS Coordinator is responsible for overseeing MDS processes, PDPM optimization, and reimbursement integrity across assigned facilities. Babies admitted to this unit are born in the Pavilion for Women Labor and Delivery unit or may have transferred in from other facilities. A team of NICU-specialized nurses, providers, respiratory therapists, social workers, child life specialists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, music therapists, care coordinators, and pharmacists come together to care for our patients and families.
