The Sleep Nurse Navigator serves as the primary nursing and care coordination resource for Sleep Surgery patients, providing in-clinic support to the Sleep Surgery physician(Mondays all day, Tuesdays all day and Wednesday in the Morning).Responsibilities include preparing patients for clinic visits and procedures by reviewing medical records, ensuring all required testing and appointments are completed, and coordinating care throughout the patient journey.
