Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) will assume responsibility and accountability for the adult and geriatric patients undergoing continuous monitoring for cardiac, post-surgical, respiratory, and/or psychiatric diagnoses. Verifies and notes physician orders. Provides safe delivery of prescribed medications and treatments and evaluates outcomes promptly.
