This role also includes the delivery of direct skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary home health team, the Admission Nurse ensures high‑quality, patient‑centered care under the guidance and supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. Education/Experience Requirements REQUIRED: Three (3) or more years of clinical experience in an acute or long term care care setting. Strong understanding of MDS processes, regulations, and reimbursement systems (RUGS and PDPM). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret financial and statistical reports. Highly proficient with MS Office, databases, medical software and the ability to learn new applications rapidly. PREFERRED: Three (3) years of experience working as a MDS/PRI assessor. Two (2) or more years of management experience in the health care field. Ability to read, write and speak in other languages.
