A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and at least one year of inpatient nursing experience are preferred. Certified Ambulatory Surgery Nurse (CNAMB) and Certified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse (CAPA) credentials are also preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, organization, and time-management skills, along with the ability to independently manage patient needs and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary surgical team.
