Conduct Comprehensive Consultations: Assess patient needs, offer personalized treatment recommendations, and educate patients on procedures and aftercare to support informed decisions. Maintain Clinical Excellence: Deliver treatments with precision, adhering strictly to LaserAway’s clinical protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with Clinic Teams: Partner with the Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to align on clinic goals, optimize patient schedules, and support operational success. Monitor and Follow Up with Patients: Ensure patient comfort during and after treatments, providing follow-up care and addressing concerns to enhance satisfaction. Handle Equipment and Inventory: Safely operate aesthetic devices and assist with inventory management to ensure the clinic is prepared to deliver seamless patient experiences. Address Patient Concerns: Manage entries in the Patient Concern Queue by responding promptly and thoroughly to maintain trust and loyalty.
