Determines indication for the appropriate response level utilizing consultation from the other team members within established guidelines. Plan and implement nursing intervention, including all appropriate elements of nurse care and prescribed medical or other therapeutic regimens mandated by an acute or chronic condition, other relevant conditions (such as care giver status, health wishes, etc) scientific principles, recent advancements and current knowledge in the field: a.)
