We are hiring a full-time Staff Development Coordinator to join our team at Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton! This is an in-person position at our facility. No remote work. Weekly pay ranging from $40 to $50 an hour, depending on licensure and experience. Can be an LPN or RN. This role assists with the direction of educational programs of all staff. Experience & Education: Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited school, university, or college of nursing. Must be CPR certified. Must have at least one (1) year experience in a long-term care facility. Must possess an active and unencumbered LPN or RN license in Massachusetts. Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure that general orientation is completed for all employees. Conduct job-specific orientation for Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants.
