Description Home Health and Hospice Management/Leadership Req #: 65418 Summary This clinical leadership position is responsible for the effective management, oversight, and performance of hospice clinical services, programs, and interdisciplinary staff. The Clinical Manager provides day-to-day leadership and supervision of hospice care delivery, ensuring services are safe, compliant, high-quality, and aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The Clinical Manager directly supervises and supports registered nurses, social workers, hospice aides, chaplains, and other assigned hospice team members. The Health Program Operations Manager is a key member of the HATC leadership team, providing oversight, management, and coordination of the HATC medical clinic, SANE program, SANE Training program, and TeleSANE program.
