POSITION SUMMARY The MST Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the Med/Surg/Tele units, ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality patient care. This role oversees daily clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of service excellence and professional development. The MST Manager partners closely with Clinical Supervisors, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow, maintain labor efficiency, and uphold standards in documentation, patient safety, and core quality measures. They play a key role in staff recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and competency validation, ensuring a skilled and engaged workforce capable of meeting evolving unit needs. Responsibilities PATIENT CARE 1. Leads nursing practice using the tenets of the Professional Practice Model of Relationship Centered Care and the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing for the promotion of the patient experience. 2.
