Experience Minimum 2 years’ healthcare experience required Preferred Qualifications 1 year of Clinical Nurse 3-5 level or management/administrative experience in a healthcare setting Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Certification Summary Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment or upon start of clinical shift if working in the Emergency Department (ED) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) certification from the American Heart Association within 1 year of employment as required by department specifications Professional Nursing certification deemed by department required upon one year of hire Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Job Responsibilities Practice (Caring for the Patient) Supports environment for delivery of care.
