Incorporates the concepts of the Hospital's Customer Service Program into all aspects of patient care activities (i.e. confidentiality, responsiveness, caring). Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities. Adheres to policies and procedures of the department. If certification is not present at hire employee must successfully complete the onsite nursing certification program within 90 days of hire.
