Responsibilities The Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN): Organizes and facilitates weekly multidisciplinary tumor conferences for the assigned disease site group(s) to ensure case materials such as radiology, pathology, and outside treatment notes are assembled before the conference. Is responsible for ensuring that patients are scheduled appropriately, recommended patient follow-up occurs, and patients are educated on their diagnosis and conference recommendations.
