Utilizes evidence-based teaching and learning strategies to guide the development and implementation of training programs. Uses data-driven analysis to assess the effectiveness of evidence-based interventions, refining and adjusting practices to improve care quality and meet evolving healthcare standards. Relationships and Caring Builds strong relationships with multidisciplinary, and cross-functional teams by promoting open communication, mutual respect, and collaboration, ensuring that all staff work cohesively to provide patient-centered care. Provides ongoing education and training to clinical staff on the use of new medical technologies and software, ensuring teams are proficient and able to maximize these tools for better patient outcomes.
