Responsibilities include being a partner in the wound/skin/ostomy care team, providing coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care, and delegating patient activities as appropriate. The position requires collaboration with interdisciplinary health care teams, communication with patients, family and staff, and evaluation of quality outcomes.
