Management of Clinical Trials/Clinical Trial Coordination. Scheduling follow-up appointments for clinical trials. Triage of patient phone calls. Addressing of questions/concerns. Follow up calls to patients post procedure – address questions/concerns and relay all pertinent information to physicians. Management of Case Costs and disbursement of information to appropriate persons. Documentation of Staff In-services Coordination and management of quarterly Disaster/Fire and Emergency drills Management of Patient Sedation before, during and after procedures Proper documentation of and inventory of Narcotics and Sedation medication with assistance from Anesthesia group/MD Induction of MAC anesthesia and monitoring of pts intra-op Requirements: BLS and ACLS certification Currently licensed to practice nursing in the State of Arizona Cath lab/Vascular/EP Device Experience preferred but not required Minimum of 3 years nursing experience is required Leadership Experience such as charge Nurse is preferred but not required 1 year of outpatient/ambulatory surgery center experience is preferred but not required About Tucson, AZ : Tucson offers stunning desert landscapes, mountain views, and over 300 days of sunshine.
