Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
