Essential Function: The RN Supervisor, Clinical assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on LCMC's standards of care and policies. Assigns preceptors to new orientees and provides orientees with orientation materials. Reviews orientation packet for completion by the preceptor and sends completed paperwork to the leader. Inspects department and completes routine environmental rounds. Completes safety rounds as prescribed by organizational safety plan.
