This includes and is not limited to: development of department goals and objectives that are consistent with the AHC’s mission and strategic plan, the management of personnel, preparing/monitoring of and accountability for the department budgets. • Collaborates with physicians and other members of the Health Care Team to assure the delivery of optimum age appropriate patient care. • Promotes cohesive work teams by actively supporting intra- and inter-disciplinary teamwork, within the department and organization • Participates in the development of Evidence based Standards of care for clinical area of responsibility.
