Assist with meal pass and feeding in a timely manner. 18. Follows Fall Prevention Protocol. 19. Collects lab specimens. 20. Reports condition changes/behavioral issues to nurse immediately. 21. Follows elopement risk protocol. 22. Maintains cleanliness and organization of resident/guest rooms including bed making. 23. Accompanies resident/guests during outside medical consultations and out of building activities. 24. Follows safe-handling procedures for personal safety and resident safety at all times. 25.
