Assists in maintaining accurate and current records and prepares reports and records for physicians/nurses as requested. Education Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and must be actively enrolled in RN school pursuing a degree in Nursing documented by transcript. Experience Qualifications RN Student with NT II (documentation of completion of Basic Nursing Skills/Fundamentals) plus Med-Surg rotation. Candidates must receive a minimum “meets standard” rating on the most recent annual or 90-day evaluation, must have received no written disciplinary corrective actions or no more than two verbal counseling or informal counseling sessions within the last 12 months.
