Qualifications for Clinical Nurse Manager: Must possess a current, active, and unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of employment. A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required. At least two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or subacute healthcare facility is required. Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff effectively. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
