Overview The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an important member of the patient care team, supporting patients, nurses and also overall unit functioning. The CNA is responsible for helping create and maintain a safe, healing environment for our patients, and a healthy working environment for the care team. Rounds frequently on patients, assisting as needed. Ensures patient whiteboards are complete and updated. Assists the team in keeping patient belongings safe and accounted for.
