Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. If hired into a CN-C position in a Loma Linda University Health entity prior to July 1, 2021, an Associate Degree or Diploma Degree in Nursing required. Minimum of two years' experience in clinical nursing required. New hires into the CN-C position have one year to meet CN-C criteria outlined in the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) handbook.
