Rehabilitation: Assists in ambulation, transfers, ROM exercises and good body alignment where indicated. Uses adaptive devices properly. Cooperates with all rehab disciplines. Keeps accountability sheets up to date with signatures as required. Has knowledge of proper procedure. Records results. Informs nurse of results. Assignments: Receives daily report from nurse. Consults assignment for special duties and sets proper priorities for following through on assignment. Is familiar with and takes proper action in meeting physical needs of resident. Routinely checks and keeps in order all residents' belongings: i.e. clothing, glasses, hearing aid, prosthesis aid, adaptive devices, etc. Ensures that residents on turning schedule is positioned every two hours or as ordered, and documented.
