Position Overview: Majestic Care LPNs render skilled technical nursing services to residents within an assigned unit/wing in support of medical care as directed by the nursing management team; supervises CNAs to ensure a high quality of care is provided to all residents in that unit. Key Responsibilities: Initiate and lead team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans. Assess and document the residents’ condition and nursing needs. Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders.
