Participates in QAPI activities including participation in accreditation preparation and survey process and maintenance of accreditation, state, and CMS standards. Attends and participates in all applicable facility meetings, training, and development workshops, and reviews/understands all required policies and procedures. Ensures proper supplies, appropriate medical equipment and medications are available for patient care and par levels meet patient and facility needs . Prepares patient meals in accordance with orders and facility protocols. Acts as case manager for patients under their care Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse, in good standing, licensed in the state of Indiana.
