EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana required. BSN required. One year of experience in Med/Surg or related acute care nursing required. PALS certification preferred. Must maintain current BLS or CPR for Healthcare Providers certification. First line management experience preferred. * Eligibility for the bonus is limited to external candidates and internal candidates who are new registered nurses.
