Per Diem Qualifications -- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Pennsylvania. - Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult- Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP). - Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a related field. - BLS and ACLS certification. - Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to work per diem shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
