Our year-long, paid residency program provides monthly training, mentoring, and support designed to shape you into an exceptional nurse. This program is designed for nurses with less than 1 year of RN experience and is available at: Paynesville, Melrose, Sauk Centre, Long Prairie, Rice Memorial (Willmar), and St. Cloud Hospital (5x Magnet®-designated). LPN Float Pool Position Summary: Pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management! This is a full-time or on-call position with weekend requirements. The LPN participates in the development and modification of the resident Plan of Care, implementing interventions that are delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician. As an LPN you are providing residents with the highest quality of direct routine care, under the supervision of the RN and in accordance with the Minnesota BON standards, the Resident’s Bill of Rights and the facility Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
