Our hourly home health aides appreciate the flexibility of working as little as they’d like or as much as possible depending on their availability and on our clients' needs. Because client and caregiver schedules vary, we cannot guarantee full-time assignments for hourly employees. We offer premium pay for weekend shifts. Our live-in caregivers should be hard-working, respectful, patient, and good-natured. Live-in caregivers who drive are preferred. Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required. Previous supervisor experience needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
