Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting, with appropriate follow-up and communication to the Administrator and the Director of Nursing. Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the Director of Nursing. Qualifications for Unit Manager: Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey . Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required.
