Documents and closes open encounters, MyChart messages, and other EMR communications in accordance with institutional requirements. • Call coverage may be required specific to departmental needs. • Obtains patient histories, performs physical examinations and/or diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, as well as orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests for patients with high level of complexity.
